The Wealth Of Men
You know when you go into a gas station and pay with cash. They have a little counter and right at the edge there's cardboard boxes of candies. I found a 20 dollar bill in there the other day, right next to the taffy-slabs and it made the 70+ dollar fill-up a little less painful. But I'm torn a bit by the higher price for gas. On the one hand it hurts to pay those prices. But on the other, we've been too spoiled for years by cheap gas in this country, the US, that is. It's costing us the air. It's costing us our military in Iraq. And it costs our soul as we keep pumping gas into our tanks knowing that we could be running our vehicles with water. It should be one of the most, if not the most, expensive resource available to Americans.
